Board of Directors 2020-2021

The Memorial Society of Georgia’s Board of Directors are all volunteers. The Bylaws provide for three year terms and terms are typically staggered. The number of board members can range from 7 to 10 or more. Board meetings are scheduled four times a year and there is an annual membership meeting that board members are requested to attend.

The current Board of Directors are:

President:                    Mary Andrus-Overley, first term 2017-2020
Vice-President:         Darryl Neill, third term 2018-2021
Treasurer:                    David Powell (appointed, partial term), 2020 – 2022
Secretary:                     Bob Leitch, first term (appointed, partial term), 2020 – 2022
